Manage or cancel your subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions and pick DoubleCheck. Inside the app, Settings › Manage subscription takes you to the same place. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Restore purchases

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore on the plan screen, or open Settings › Restore purchases inside the app. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your photos

Your checks are only on your phone, so we can’t see or recover them. If you delete the app, they go with it. A phone backup, such as iCloud Backup, restores them along with everything else when you set up a new phone.
